Championship Registration
Golfers must medal (ties included) in one of the open tournaments to qualify for the championship tournament.
Golfers must register in the age division specified on their official NWKS Jr. Golf card.
Golfers must register to play in the championship by completing the form below.
Deadline to register is July 3, 2024

DO NOT REGISTER AN INDIVIDUAL GOLFER MORE THAN ONCE!
If you have registered and will not be able to attend please contact nwksjrgolf@gmail.com immediately so that your golfer will be removed from the championship pairings.
Any golfer who has registered but not placed in the top 3 will be removed from the pairings without notice.
